*We do not have a minimum order policy. If you wish to pay with credit card and we don’t already have it on file, please give us a call before or after placing your order for secure payment processing. We’ll confirm all orders over the phone or via e-mail and will only keep credit cards on file if requested. This will provide timely payment processing and assures your personal information will remain private.
Shipping Information
All shipments will be shipped from our building in Mentor, Ohio. The majority of orders will be shipped via UPS. Special handling charges for hazardous materials will be added as required. All shipments will conform with DOT and UPS regulations for the transport of hazardous materials. The current UPS HazMat charge is $30.00 per hazardous package. We’ll consolidate as many hazardous products into as few packages as possible but safety and conformance with regulations are our first priorities.
Product Certification & Labeling
Certificates of Analysis are available for products upon request at time of purchase. Product labeling will reflect a Lot Number and expiration date, when applicable. The expiration date, typically, is a minimum of six (6) months from order date unless otherwise indicated.
Product Use
Products supplied by Eagle Technologies, Inc. are for laboratory and production use only. We assume all products will be used by personnel professionally competent in the product use and handling. Safe use and handling is the responsibility of the end-user. Eagle Technologies, Inc. will not be held liable for damages resulting from unsafe use and handling by the purchaser and/or end-user.
